As these prospects have played in meaningful, playoff-type, championship-level games in their development, Michkov really hasn't due to Russia's KHL rules, thus questioning how much impact and experience Matvei Michkov has in these types of high-pressure situations and preparing for the NHL's Stanley Cup Playoffs.

The Philadelphia Flyers certainly looked like the better team on Thursday night, outshooting Detroit 34-19, and the two most recent additions to the lineup, returning Tyson Foerster and home debuting Porter Martone, certainly did their part, but John Gibson and Patrick Kane teamed up to break the hearts of the Philly faithful.

What a weekend for the Philadelphia Flyers! Their dominant win over the lowly Blackhawks was an appetizer for a regulation win over wild card rival Detroit and an OT thriller against the Dallas sandwiching the signing of top prospect Porter Martone, and all feels right on Broad St. as Philly is within two points of a playoff spot.
