iIn an Ask Locked On Jazz edition David Locke discusses the top of his NBA Draft board and the confusion. Locke also flips the discussion of who is the biggest risk and the biggest swing. Locke doesn't believe that Cameron Boozer is the safest pick instead believes he is the biggest swing.

On the other end, the AJ Dybantsa is most likely to hit is worst case scenario, but that is still really good whereas Darryn Peterson is the safest pick of the draft.
