Folks, we got him! It's the interview you've been asking for, and the interview Joe has been itching to do ever since we started this podcast: Ian Fraser. Ian, who you'll likely know from his time on the TXG YouTube channel and more recently the Fraser Golf Institute. Quite simply, he's one of the best minds in the world of golf when it comes to equipment and golf club fitting. We met up with Ian at the PGA Show in Florida a few weeks ago for a wide-ranging chat about equipment and, most eye-openeingly, about the future of fitting for all of us. He also ponders what golf clubs he would play if we gave him one more round of golf, his favourite golf components of all time and whether humans could be taken out of golf club fitting for good. There's much, much more to dive into as he and Joe chew the fat on our favourite subject: equipment.
Before all of that, though, we give you our highlights (and lowlights) from our time at the PGA Show. From the new Ping product, the 'hidden' tech in Autoflex shafts, a new prototype Yonex driver and a break dancing robot, we'll give you the insight into our time at golf's biggest circus. We've also got some of your stellar Ask The Pod questions to catch up with and a surprise visit from Solheim Cup star, LPGA winner and all-around good egg, Christina Kim, who helps us answer your latest questions. Enjoy!
