This week on the pod, we welcome a brand new addition to the SR family as Pete introduces us to his new dog Rodney - and we’re already obsessed! That somehow leads us to imagining Pete in Titanic…

Elsewhere, Sam’s been on babysitting duty this week, looking after Leo and discovering that bedtime with a four-year-old is not for the faint-hearted. That sparks some role play as Pete walks us through what he thinks he’d do if he were trying to get a kid to sleep.

And of course, Love Island is back, which means Pete is fully locked in (not really). We dive into sun cream gate, get his very strong opinions on the situation and find out what he reckons he’d do if he were stuck in the middle of that villa drama.

We get a sneak peek into the real lives of Sam and Pete as we dive into their notes app…and let’s just say there are a few things they definitely wanted to delete before we got to them.

The boys are back in town! We hear all about their Christmas shenanigans which may or may not involve Sam's entire family messaging Pete...

Pete's Christmas took a turn as he managed to knock himself unconscious and his New Year took an even BIGGER turn when Producer Pippa and co turned up, oops.

Sam on the other hand is caught red handed in matching pjs, has started 2026 as a new man and responds to some interesting tiktok comments.

Oh and we see the insanity that is Pete's fridge and freezer.
