I open up about the generational patterns of alcoholism in my family and the honest moment when God nudged my heart to surrender something I had been holding onto.

This wasn’t about perfection or pressure. It was about simple obedience. What I discovered on the other side of releasing that stronghold surprised me. God used that small step of surrender as a catalyst for transformation in ways I never expected.

We also talk about the difference between discipline and striving, and what it means to be truly yoked with the Lord. When your work flows from trust and desire instead of control, the fruit looks different. God’s path produces growth without the exhaustion that comes from trying to carry everything yourself.
