On Episode 97 of the I’M PEAKING Podcast, we’re joined by our good friend, Jared Feather: IFBB Pro bodybuilder, sports physiologist, and Head Physique & Bodybuilding Specialist at RP Strength, to finally settle the debate between raving and making gains. Jared explains what actually happens to your progress when you spend an entire weekend dancing, barely eating, and running on four hours of sleep. We discuss how much sleep you really need to build muscle, why protein and consistent training matter more than perfectly optimizing every detail, and how Jared manages to balance professional bodybuilding with his newfound love for raving.

We also discuss John Summit canceling several festival appearances to recharge, whether fans expect too much from touring DJs, celebrities entering the EDM scene, the rise of AI-generated music, and how Jared went from knowing almost nothing about rave culture to getting recognized at festivals for his rave content with Devin.
