Great British Bake Off
The Great British Bake Off – a quintessentially British hotbed of pageantry, pastry and infectious enthusiasm.
Francesca Peschier and Miranda Garrett joined us to watch the Quarter Finals (Dough week!) and unpick the fine filo layers of culture and examine the sweet academic fondant beneath.
