This week we hear from Gab Stone - Harry Judd's training partner - as he tells us his story of having the perfect build up and how it all went wrong on the day, what a readiness score is and how to bounce back from a tough race - in this case, Gab is doing 30 marathons in 30 days!

We also speak to Stacy who ran her first London Marathon and says she's never experienced anything like it. Maybe that's the free steak talking though.

PLUS, David who ran it for his second time but encountered an injury tells us that costume spotting got him to the finish line!

Welcome to Week Two with Paula & Thommo as part of our "Here Comes The Run" series. We're still basking in the buzz from the London Marathon and we're not the only ones as you'll hear in this episode. We catch up with BBC's Sophie Raworth, McFly's Harry Judd and our 'Fresher' Charlotte as we find out how they got on in the London Marathon... SPOILER they're ALL smiling!

Sophie says it's her favourite marathon so far after running it with her daughter and that's despite getting some unexpected stitch! Harry is grinning after logging his first set of negative splits whilst Charlotte is surprised just how much she loved her debut into marathon running and is already planning her next one!

We also catch up with the new British Record holder for Women over 50 in the marathon, Alice Braham. She talks us through her incredible achievement and how she juggles training with being a mum to her FOUR boys! Alice used to run with Paula so we got a glimpse down memory lane and learn about how choosing Edinburgh for university, took Alice slightly off course with her running.
