The Soul Codes

In this episode, I am joined by my long-time student and fellow traveller, Liisa Karpo, with whom I have walked a shared path for twenty years. Our journey began around 2005 through yoga, continued through my three-year, 800-hour yoga teacher training, and later unfolded within my Mystery School.

Stagnation doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong — it often means something inside you is changing before your life can move forward.
