Together we dive deep into the world of family constellations and systemic therapy - exploring the invisible systems we are all part of and the hidden bonds, loyalties, and entanglements that can shape our lives in ways we may not even be aware of.
We explore what it means to see ourselves not as separate, but as part of something bigger. We talk about why certain experiences, relationships, and heartbreaks can feel so deeply painful, how unconscious loyalty to our family system can influence the way we move through life, and what can happen when we begin to recognize that not everything we carry truly belongs to us.
We dive into the mother and father wounds, the pain of trying to fix or carry our parents, and the importance of finding our own place within the family system. We explore what our relationship with our mother can reveal about our relationship with life itself, and how the father wound can shape a woman’s relationship with the masculine, trust, and the deep pain of feeling: “Why can’t you choose me?”
We also open up the conversation around men and women - why trust can feel so difficult, how wounds between the masculine and feminine can keep us separated, and what it might take for us to truly come closer to one another again.
