Crossing a Threshold: Going Public with my Microdosing Mushrooms Story

    02.03.2026 | 32 Min.
After three years of writing (and 5 months of obsessively finishing, refining, and pouring myself into every page) Microdosing Mushrooms is officially one step closer to being in your hands!
This episode is about crossing a threshold, both mine and yours!
I share the story of how this book began — in one of my darkest seasons, when a friend handed me the ground sacred mushroom in a spice jar and unknowingly altered the course of my life.
What followed was a story of devotion: years of practicing, teaching, refining, and finally solidifying my method into a true 101 guide for healing with microdosing mushrooms.
Inside this episode, I talk about:
The initiation of writing and finishing the manuscript for Microdosing Mushrooms.
What the book actually covers (sourcing, intention setting, dosage, protocols for the somatic self-healer)
Why this is an accessible but deeply embodied introduction to working with the sacred mushroom
The pride, fear, and exhilaration of being seen as an expert
The paradox of feeling blessed beyond measure… while knowing everything can change at any moment
This moment feels significant ,not just professionally, but personally. As a mom. As a healer. As someone who has quietly built this ministry with devotion and faith.
I’m standing at a threshold. And I’m inviting you to stand here with me!
Soon, this work will be in your hands and you will know the more vulnerable aspects of my story of working with these sacred mushroom friends.
This episode is a celebration of milestones (the visible and invisible ones) and a reminder to honor the thresholds in your own life.
    We’re just getting started.

The Mess Before the Breakthrough: What Healing with Psychedelics Teaches Us

    17.02.2026 | 26 Min.
About a month before publishing my book, everything in me feels like it’s unraveling.
The spirals. The dreams. The old wounds resurfacing. The nervous system reaching for control.
If you’ve ever worked with psychedelic medicine, you may recognize this terrain — that strange threshold where clarity is coming, but first, something loosens.
In this episode, I name the mess in real time.
I share what dysregulation has looked like for me lately...a headshot spiral, sending the wrong book title to my designer, abandonment patterns creeping in, skipping self-care and scrolling instead.
I talk about the dreams of searching, screaming, cleaning: this is the subconscious integration that happens before something new stabilizes.
And I share what medicines I’m working with as I move through it all.
Rose Sacrament, opening my heart so wide it almost aches, teaching me softness and boundaries at the same time.
The Original Sacrament (Psilocybin), supporting emotional access for me to feel, cry, move, settle.
Amanita Sacrament (Amanita muscaria), helping me locate my body and stay human inside the unraveling.
This episode is about why the mess comes before something meaningful is born, how psychedelic healing loosens structures and dissolves false safety, and what it looks like to stay with yourself instead of abandoning yourself when old wounds resurface.
At the heart of it all is a simple phrase that is changing everything for me:
    “I’m here.”
We explore how presence regulates the nervous system, how loving attention creates safety, and why the medicine doesn’t remove the mess, it teaches you how to remain inside it.
This is also the work at the core of my upcoming book, Microdosing Mushrooms: A Guide to Working with the Sacred for Healing, how to meet it with embodiment, support, and spiritual anchoring.
If you are in your own “mess before the breakthrough,” this episode is a hand on your back.
You are not alone. I’m here!

Hibernate & Heal: Microdosing Practices for Winter Integration

    20.01.2026 | 38 Min.
Winter is not the season to push, optimize, or fix yourself, it’s the season to listen, soften, and integrate.
In this episode, I come to you straight from the sauna (warm, reflective, and grounded in the medicine of winter!) to share three core practices that support healing during the colder months, especially when microdosing is your primary spiritual and embodied practice.
Inside our culture, we’re taught to control variables, track outcomes, and force consistency. But winter invites something different.
I'll share a little from my own experience as well as stories from those inside the community so you can see how healing deepens when we allow ourselves to move at winter’s pace.
In this episode, we explore three core winter healing practices:
Slow down — honoring rest, reduced output, and nervous system safety
Let it be messy — releasing the need to control every variable or “do it right”
Meet yourself exactly where you are — without judgment, comparison, or pressure
I'm inviting you to explore practical ways to work with your microdose when energy is low or motivation feels inconsistent and offering gentle encouragement for those feeling behind, tender, or unsure this winter.
This is an invitation to hibernate, not disappear, to heal without forcing growth and to let microdosing support you in listening more deeply to your body, your spirit, and the season itself.

How to Show Up for Yourself This Winter : Crafting Your Microdosing Protocol

    12.01.2026 | 48 Min.
Slowing Down to Heal, Listen, and Move With Intention
Winter invites a different way of showing up. Instead of pushing for change, this season asks us to slow down, listen, and create the internal conditions that make healing possible.
In this episode, I share a teaching and guided experience from inside the ministry on how to show up for yourself this winter, through intentional slowing down rather than force.
    In this episode, we explore:
Why winter is a powerful season for healing and reorganization
How slowing down supports nervous system safety and reduces resistance
Three ways “slow down” can show up in daily life:
How microdosing and embodiment work together to support lasting change
Inside the ministry, we work with a supportive rhythm:
4-weeks of consistent microdosing with any of the sacraments
60 minutes per week of embodiment, including breathwork, intuitive movement, vagal toning, self-touch, or gentle exercise
Embodiment means paying attention to your bodily experience from within, without judgment or trying to fix it.
This episode includes a short embodied reflection to help you slow down, listen inwardly, and move forward with intention.
If you feel called to practice this work with support, you’re invited to join the Embodied Microdosing Challenge, beginning Friday, January 16.

How to Maximize Your Microdose (Without Needing Perfect Conditions)

    06.01.2026 | 1 Std. 2 Min.
What does it actually mean to maximize a microdose when life is busy, noisy, and far from ideal?
This episode explores how to work with a microdose in real life (with kids, responsibilities, conversations, and full schedules) without needing perfect conditions or elaborate rituals.
Rather than striving to “do it right,” this episode invites a relational approach to microdosing, one built through consistency, presence, and lived integration over time.
Your life isn’t a distraction from the medicine. It’s where the medicine learns to work.
    What We Explore
Why the pressure to be perfectly intentional often leads to avoidance
Releasing the myth of the “ideal” microdosing container
Maximizing a microdose as relationship, not productivity
Holding one intention over time (instead of constantly changing it)
Letting everyday life be the integration field
Microdosing isn’t about stepping out of life — it’s about meeting life differently.
