The Strictly Podcast

In our first bumper episode, Aimee and Ava discuss their favourite moments from the second season of Celebrity Traitors, and 24th season of Strictly Come Dancing.

In Episode 4:

🕯️We debrief a very camp first two episodes of Celebrity Traitors, and everything we love about this backstabbing bonanza being back on our screens
🎬 It was Movie Week at Strictly, so we’re sharing our highlights from a whopping 15 couples and their (possibly tenuous links to) cinematic musical numbers!

Strictly Come Dancing aired its first live show on Saturday night, with Emma, Josh, Jojo and a 15-couple-bonanza of quick steps, sambas, tangos and jives.

While the nation dissects the new presenter dynamics, Aimee and Ava are welcoming in the change to regular programming, sharing their thoughts on each new couple’s chemistry, potential for that all-important ‘J-word’ (journey!) and how they’ll fare with the public vote.

In Episode 3:

🥒 From marvellous marrows to absurd rehearsal outfits, we’re loving the return of the Strictly VT
🍿Aimee and Ava discuss how great a potential Dad showdown of Danny Dyer and Ray Winstone could be
📝 Producer Matt makes a one-episode cameo with a plethora of background facts for us!

Series 23 of Strictly Come Dancing launched with an unholy amount of chaos, as this year’s couples were matched through a speed dating / musical chairs method of three dance routines. With Emma Willis, Johannes Radebe and Josh Widdicombe taking centre stage as the programme’s new hosts, Aimee and Ava dissect every move, miss-step and media trained answer...

In Episode 2:

🔮 How successful were our predictions for the 2026 couples? Which matches were we most surprised by?
✨ What did we think of the new hosting trio?
🗺️ Who are we excited to see go on a ‘journey’ this series?

We may be off-season, but we’re coming out of our summer retirement as we couldn't miss speaking about Off Campus.

There’s no other way to say it: Hannah Wells, Allie Hayes and Briar U’s star hockey players have taken over our lives, and it’s not possible to speak about anything else.

In this spoiler-ridden Strictly special, we chat through a new era of men written by women, on-screen consent talk that shouldn’t feel revolutionary but does, green-flag friendships without unnecessary drama, and how Off Campus handles the trauma its protagonists are trying to process.

Of course, we’re also making room for Logan’s absurd hair, Hannah’s next-level stage presence and whether Yellow Haze is an underrated banger or better left alone.
