In this episode of The Cordial Catholic, I'm joined by our very good friend Austin Suggs from the Gospel Simplicity YouTube channel. Austin is a Protestant YouTuber – a brilliant, thoughtful, and kind guy – that I first met 6 or 7 years ago after he made a video talking about some of his Catholic misconceptions. Austin and I have stayed in touch since our first conversation way back then and reconnect once in a while to have discussions like this one. 
This is a rich, poignant chat about where Austin's come in his Catholic thinking, where he still disagrees (and why), and how he'd answer some of the toughest challenges to his "protest" against Catholicism.

In this episode of The Cordial Catholic I'm joined, by Carol Berry, the Executive Director of Restoring Women Outreach and a convert to Catholicism to share her incredible and unexpected journey from Evangelical Christianity into the Catholic Church. 
Carol's journey is about a wild of a ride as you can get and features some incredibly difficult stories dealing with addiction, some absolutely beautiful experiences of God's grace, and the amazing intervention of the saints in the most unexpected ways.
