As wet season starts to take hold of his new home Danang, off the back of a 20x increase in training volume, Greg gets a virus and does nothing to hide it, and this is where leadership shines.  Tim finds a way to put the show on his back and lift it to glory providing endless zingers and useful coaching tips.
 
We add 2 more IRONMAN TriClub titles since the last episode, IRONMAN Oceania (Port Macquarie) and a title discovered and poorly accounted for, Melbourne 70.3 2022.  The same year one of Greg or Tim went 3:58 across the line, you’ll never guess who.
 
Will there be a swim this weekend?  We give some tips in the event the swim is cancelled or shortened, and highlight the opportunity that provides clip farmers to do reaction reels that rate their heads off.

All week we’ve been waiting on the edge of our seats for part 2 of the Kona series and here it is!  Koa Sports claimed a spot on the IRONMAN World Championships TriClub podium, as well as finishing #1 coaching service for the second time, what an unbelievable achievement!  GO RED!
 
In the words of the great Jimmy Blackman, we are going BTS (behind the scenes) on what it took, altercations with bar staff, raw dogging for 10 hours, loan sharks, flat car tyres, national park bribery and of course the race itself.
 
Every time you go to Kona you learn a little more about triathlon and life in general.  We are hopeful that we can impart some of these valuable life lessons onto you, our amazing KSP audience.

Just 8 hours after they closed the finish line for the IRONMAN World Championships in Kona for 2026 we wrap up the day that was.  The big island delivered all that it had to challenge our incredible AG Team.
 
Greg chats with Patrick Roberts who secured a 3rd place finish in the M25-29 category, Koa Sports second World Championship Podium in history.
 
The athletes and coaches put everything on the line, but rarely does anyone get close to the bullseye in Kona.
