Although many wished it was the finale for the Koa Sports Podcast, we rose from the ashes and found a way to give the people what they want!  Koa has always been a true innovator.
 
Garmin acquired TrainingPeaks, that’s a big deal whilst Greg mocks Tim’s unbelievable athletic achievements.  Who wouldn’t feel a little down moving back home at 47 years old?

We say goodbye to the 4th KSP studio in our 8 year history, but perhaps this one holds the most precious memories, we even baptised a coach.

All good things come to an end, and for the podcast studio the time is nigh, its time for Greg to spread his wings and fly.  What a ride.

Adam Hillis has been around the Ironman scene since a random 70km bike ride in 2020. Coming from a competitive hockey background, he found his long-distance legs fast and most recently qualified for the Hot Rock in October.

It hasn’t been smooth sailing. Unpacking it all as a shift worker while moving from one of the coldest parts of the world to the hottest has had its challenges.

Post Kona, Adam is eyeing off the inaugural Ultraman New Zealand at the back end of 2026!
