Right to repair movement seeks to give consumers and independent shops the ability to repair their electronic devices. Louis owns Rossmann Repair Group in New York City, specializing in Apple product repairs and he gained fame through his YouTube channel, where he offers repair tutorials and critiques industry practices that limit consumer rights.
