🏆 Sinner defends his Wimbledon crown Jannik Sinner comes from a set down against Alexander Zverev to win his second straight Wimbledon title, his fifth Grand Slam title, and his first major of 2026. After losing early at Roland Garros, Sinner answers in the loudest way possible by beating Novak Djokovic and Zverev back to back at Wimbledon. Has Sinner re established himself as clearly the best player in the world?

🥈 Should Zverev feel good or bad about today Australian Open semifinal. Roland Garros champion. Wimbledon finalist. Zverev is the only man to reach at least the semifinals at all three majors so far in 2026, and before this year he had never gone beyond the fourth round at Wimbledon. Even with the final loss, has Zverev been the best Grand Slam player of the season? And did winning Roland Garros permanently change him mentally?

⚠️ Should we be worried about Alcaraz Carlos Alcaraz misses both Roland Garros and Wimbledon because of the right wrist injury from the Barcelona swing. After reaching the previous three Wimbledon finals and winning the title in 2023 and 2024, his absence completely changed the grass court conversation. How concerned should we be that this injury has now cost him two consecutive majors?

👑 Linda Noskova wins Wimbledon Linda Noskova defeats Karolina Muchova 6 2, 5 7, 6 3 to win her first Grand Slam title. At 21, she becomes the youngest Wimbledon women’s champion since Petra Kvitova in 2011, and the third Czech women’s champion at Wimbledon in four years. Is Noskova now a permanent Slam contender? Why does Czech tennis keep producing elite women’s players? And is Muchova the best active player without a major?

🧨 Overreaction or Not Zverev will become World No. 1 within the next two years. Zverev will win his second Slam before Djokovic wins his 25th. Djokovic’s days of winning majors are over.
