Niall Horan is back in our studio to talk about his forthcoming album ‘Dinner Party’ — a warm pop record that sees the solo star reteam with production and songwriting powerhouses John Ryan Julian Bunetta and open up about falling in love with his longterm girlfriend. Turns out they met at a dinner party and the cereal box game was involved (for those who don’t know what that is, all is explained). Remember his 2023 song ‘You Could Start a Cult’? Well it’s about the very same muse.

We’re thrilled to welcome Spain’s Guitarricadelafuente, aka 28-year-old Álvaro Lafuente Calvo, to the couch, joining us to talk about his killer second album ‘Spanish Leather.’ Like his peers Rosalia and Nathy Peluso, Calvo began his career rooted in the romanticism and traditionalism of his home country — his debut album, 2022’s La Cantera stands as an homage to folklore.

With ‘Spanish Leather’ Calvo dives into hedonism, sensuality, and vulnerability. He’s visibly and audibly more comfortable exploring his queerness, a journey that was sparked by his collaboration and friendship with Troye Sivan. He discusses all this plus his work with celebrated German photographer Wolfgang Tillmans, whose imagery perfectly complements the record.

We learn more about his self-taught beginnings, his alter ego, his thoughts on commitment and relationships, his debut acting role opposite Penelope Cruz in forthcoming film ‘La Bola Negra’ (directed by Spanish queer writer/directors Javier Calvo and Javier Ambrossi), and so much more.
