Brock and Salk react to what Colin Cowherd said to them about the Seahawks being a B+ team across the board and how he believed a lot of the Patriots Super Bowl teams were the same way. Do they agree with that? They discuss. Afterwards, they react to a bunch of sound across the station from Kurt Warner, Jeff Saturday and others.

The hour starts with a bunch of listener voicemails for Here's The Thing. Afterwards, Brock and Salk bring on Colin Cowherd of FOX Sports to join the show to share why he believes in Sam Darnold, what he likes about this Seahawks team and more. Later, they listen to some sound from Mariners GM Justin Hollander and discuss how much the Mariners may rely on their young players in 2026.

Brock and Salk react to some sound from Fred Warner's press conference and start to wonder and worry if he has a chance to play against the Seahawks on Saturday. Then, Tom Rinaldi of FOX Sports joins the show to listen to him tell the story of the Seahawks and 49ers rivalry along with hearing what he'll be watching for in Saturday's matchup. In Blue 88, Brock Huard dives in on the 49ers red zone struggles against the Seahawks, how are Brock and Steve Young on the same page about the 49ers chances and another critical number to track on Saturday.

Salk continues to laugh at Dov Kleiman to open the show and also further reacts to all of the trash talk between the Seahawks and 49ers.
