Glute pain, sciatica, hamstring issues, and hip impingements can be some of the most confusing — and frustrating — injuries runners deal with. Because when pain shows up in the glute, hip, hamstring, or low back, the actual cause isn’t always where you feel it.
In this episode, I’m joined again by physical therapist and strength coach Kameron Harder to continue our injury prevention and rehab series for runners.
