President Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio have confirmed they will not block the extradition of Andrew and Tristan Tate to the UK, where they face 59 serious charges, including sexual assault and sex trafficking.

Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has insisted that the country's nuclear programme is "not up for negotiation" and says it never was, dismissing the idea that pressure from President Donald Trump or the United States will force Tehran to change course.

In a rare and revealing interview, Araghchi argues that threats and military pressure do not work on Iran, saying the country's leadership has endured decades of conflict and is not afraid of further confrontation. He also rejects the prospect of trading away Iran's uranium enrichment programme, describing it as something that is "not for sale."

His remarks come as President Trump reiterates his claim that the United States controls the Strait of Hormuz and signals a tougher approach towards Tehran, saying Washington's objective has shifted from stopping Iran's enrichment programme to ending it altogether.
