Season 2 Episode 7! Following on from last season, we wanted to learn more about one of the senior teams on the world stage. We were joined with the incredible Lorena Bubcso, the current captain of Team Passion from Hungary! We talk about her personal skating journey, following in her mothers footsteps, to joining Passion, and what skating on the nation's best and only senior team is like.

Season 2 Episode 5! This is a follow along from last weeks episode, except we are joined with a very special guest - Marta Pietrasik, a retired Les Supremes skater, an Iron Man extrodanier, a masters student and a survivor. She shares her journey and recovery, alongside the research she has done on disordered eating and eating disorders in performance based sports.

Season 2 Episode 4! Trigger warning for a very serious topic. We break down the important topic of body image within our performance based sport. It can be incredibly hard when everyone is expected to the same be or look the same on the ice. Discussing our personal experiences, followed by the listeners experiences from Instagram polls, be sure to be kind to yourself and wary when listening to this episode.

We talk to Vashti Lonsdale about her skating career in both figure and synchro, her connection and commitement to Figure Skating in Harlem, and of course, everything about the Disney+ docuseries and the club that is changing young girls lives. Note - Afton is away this week! Her big girl job has her away, but not to fret, she will be back for episode 4.
