Israel has accused Britain of "consistently operating" against Israel, after Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband introduced sanctions on illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank. The UK government says the measures are vital to keep the two-state solution alive in the Middle East. We'll have reaction from the Palestinian ambassador to the UK, and an Israeli politician running for election.
Also on the programme: hundreds of flights are cancelled at UK airports because of a problem with air traffic control. We hear how airports are sorting through the backlog.

A Home Office minister has condemned Sunday night's disorder in Portsmouth, accusing groups behind it of promoting “racism and thuggery”. Sarah Jones MP said "those who cross the line from peaceful protest into illegality will face the full force of the law".

The trial of Lindsay Clancy, accused of murdering her three children, has collapsed as the jury failed to reach a verdict. Clancy’s defence did not deny that she killed her children, but pleaded not guilty, with her lawyers arguing she was suffering from postpartum psychosis and should not be held criminally responsible. The case has transfixed America and spurred public debate on maternal mental health.
