- What if some of the most common beliefs about psychedelics are actually making the journey harder?
In this special live episode, recorded at Anatha Fest, I unpack six common myths about psychedelic medicine work—from the idea that psychedelics will "fix" us, to the belief that bigger doses always lead to deeper healing. Drawing on my own experiences with ayahuasca, iboga, 5-MeO-DMT, coaching, and psychedelic integration, this talk explores a more grounded, nuanced approach to personal growth and transformation.
Topics Covered
Why psychedelics won't fix you (and why that's actually good news)
The difference between insight and integration
What it means to be an active participant in your healing
Why the medicine won't tell you what to do

My Anatha Fest BTS Vlog
This talk was recorded live at Anatha Fest, one of my favourite wellness-forward music and arts festivals in Canada. Anatha beautifully blends music, movement, community, personal growth, and conscious celebration into one unforgettable weekend. It's a place where you can dance all night, do yoga in the morning, meet incredible humans, and feel genuinely connected.
I'll be back this year with the Kanna Wellness booth, and I'd love to meet you there. - What do you actually do after a psychedelic experience ends… but the process doesn’t?
In this episode, I explore one of the most underrated tools for psychedelic integration: kanna — a legal, non-psychedelic, psychoactive plant that supports emotional regulation, mental clarity, and nervous system balance.
While psychedelics are known for their intensity, insight, and disruption, the reality is that most of the work happens after the experience in the messy, everyday moments. Integration can feel overwhelming, confusing, and hard to navigate.
This episode introduces kanna as a gentle, daily support tool that helps you stay with what’s already unfolding.
What you'll learn:
What psychedelic integration really looks like beyond the peak experience
Why integration can feel overwhelming
What kanna is and how it works (SRI, PDE-4 inhibition, empathogenic effects)
The difference between psychedelics vs. kanna
How kanna supports nervous system regulation, mood, and mental clarity
Why kanna is considered a sober-friendly alternative in social and recreational spaces
The role of presence in integration — and why it matters more than insight
How kanna can support identity rebuilding after psychedelic experiences
Real-life ways to use kanna during integration

What happens when a psychedelic experience doesn’t expand your sense of self, but instead collapses it?
In this episode, I explore the reality of post-psychedelic identity crisis, also known as ontological shock or existential confusion. This is a deeply disorienting phase where your old sense of self no longer fits, leaving you questioning who you are, what you want, and how to move forward.
Drawing from my own experience nearly a year after Iboga, I share what this process actually feels like, and how to navigate it with more clarity, stability, and self-trust.
This episode offers grounded, practical psychedelic integration support for anyone experiencing anxiety, confusion, loss of identity, or emotional overwhelm after a psychedelic journey.
What you'll learn:
What a post-psychedelic identity crisis is
Why psychedelics can trigger ontological shock and ego destabilization
Common symptoms: anxiety, low self-trust, confusion, lack of direction
How to ground yourself when your sense of self feels unstable
Mastering the mind and anxiety
The importance of emotional care and nervous system regulation
Activating sobriety and prioritize clarity
How to reconnect with yourself through everyday life
Why curating your inputs (social media, content) matters, and how to do it
Reframing identity crisis as personal expansion and transformation

We often confuse power with control — being right, getting our way, influencing outcomes. But control isn’t power. It’s conditional, and it drains us.
In this episode, I explore a different definition: True power is the conscious exercise of choice. We talk about how trying to control people, outcomes, and timing actually gives our power away — and how choosing our perception, response, and energy brings it back.
This is especially relevant for anyone navigating growth or psychedelic integration. Insight alone doesn’t create change. Practicing choice does.
What You’ll Learn:
The difference between control and conscious choice
Why control burns energy
How to shift from reaction to response
Why space and pace are essential for integration
How coaching helps you reclaim authorship of your energy

We discuss what life has been like in the nine months since I had a shocking Iboga experience. One that allowed me to access the source of deepest shame within myself, after six years of working with psychedelic medicine. Since then, I have been given the opportunity to transform my relationship with that shame.
This is a cozy story time style episode where I reflect on everything I have been learning, integrating, releasing and opening up to, after iboga at etereo. I definitely haven't "figured it all out", and I am in still in process. This is a glimpse into it the inner work that helped me befriend my shadowiest shadow.
