In today's episode I'm joined again by Ainslie MacLeod, a past life psychic who works with spirit guides to help people find their purpose and heal what they have carried in from other lifetimes. We talk about the shift in consciousness happening right now, why old souls are feeling the state of the world so heavily, and the pattern almost every empath will recognise: the narcissist does not create your wound, they find one that is already there and keep pressing on it.
Ainslie explains why healing that fear at the past life level changes what you attract, and why fight, flight, freeze and fawn are old fears being triggered rather than proof something is wrong with you. We get into boundaries that hold once the calm settles, his course for empaths recovering from narcissistic abuse, and his new podcast Psychics Not Saints, which came out of being over the performance of spirituality. I bring it back to Human Design too: the solar plexus mutation, the deconditioning we all need around hard work, and why joy is not the reward at the end, it is the point.

In today's Weekly Wrap, I break down the mechanics that actually create your Human Design type, and why so many people who love Human Design have never been taught this part.
I walk you through what makes a Manifestor, a Generator, a Manifesting Generator, a Projector and a Reflector, right down to the definition. A motor connected to the throat. A defined sacral. The splits that change everything. Once you understand this, you start to see why two Projectors can show up in completely different ways, and why we cannot put ourselves in a neat little type box. Your definition matters just as much as your type.
I also share the seven money principles from The Richest Man in Babylon, written back in 1926 and still holding up, because the principles have never changed. We get into why AI is a skill worth building now rather than later, a LinkedIn growth strategy we are running inside HDx that you can set up with five to ten friends this week, and why getting your eyes on your business metrics is the thing that lets your brain finally see the evidence of your own growth.

In today's episode, I coach Elese, who is moving through a separation and living under a court order that dictates where she and her daughter can be, right when everything in her is built for freedom.
Elese is a 6/2 Emotional Manifesting Generator.
We unpack why a Manifesting Generator who needs freedom above almost anything feels a court order in her whole body, and why the line two energy running all through her chart resists being told where to live and how. We get into the reframe that actually shifts something, moving from "how long until this is over" to "how do I meet these needs now," and using Gate 50 in her culture to honour her values and her connection to country even inside the restriction. In the second half we turn to work, the nonlinear path of an MG who has built more than one career, and the real question sitting under "employment or my own thing," which is what the thread is and why her design points to building something that is hers and taking it into other communities rather than shrinking inside a group.

In today's episode I'm bringing you the Weekly Wrap, and I'm starting with a human design cheat sheet on aura mechanics, because the manifestor "repelling" aura gets a lot of bad press and I want to clear it up.
Repelling isn't rejection. If you're a manifestor, your aura is doing exactly what it's meant to do: moving the people who aren't your people out of the way so you can inspire the ones you are here to inspire. I run through all five auras so you can feel the difference, from the magnetic pull of the generator and manifesting generator, to the deep seeing of the projector and why that gift is only yours to give when there is an invitation, to the curious, sampling aura of the reflector. If the original human design language has ever made you feel like there is something wrong with you, this one is for you.
From there it is a proper wrap. I share a simple reframe from the mastermind about focusing on the shadow of your defined channels instead of trying to decondition everything. I invite you to look back at who you were ten and twenty years ago and really take in how far you have come. I get into Barbault's Basket, an astrological configuration some are reading as a relaunch after the contraction of the last few years. And I talk about why building business in alignment matters, and the shift from the masculine model to the feminine one.
