What this podcast is about.
A very brief introduction to the kind of philosophical questions that I seek to explore through this podcast. This is not a podcast about the law as such but rather a podcast about the philosophical questions that emerge in the context of constitutional disputes.
The podcast draws on criminal law cases of constitutional import to contextualize philosophical questions about the nature of law, the nature of rights and the relationship between the state, society and individuals.
