Ajahn Brahm discusses various suttas to show how the aggregates of existence, or khandas, that we take to be a self–namely body, experience, perception, will, and consciousnesses–are in fact empty of any permanent essence. This teaching was given on a retreat during Ajahn Brahm’s visit to Anukampa in the UK.
