Ajahn Brahm starts with an hour-long talk, drawing on many of his famous stories and deep-cutting practical wisdom to encourage us to let go of the expectations, fears, and other attachments that we keep holding onto, to find unconditional peace right where we are. He, then, leads a 25-minute guided meditation encouraging meditators to find contentment by committing fully to the moment in front of us with kindness.

This is part of a series of teachings for the "Radiant Happiness, Lasting Peace" retreat" led by Ajahn Brahm & Ajahn Canda in Oxford, November 2025.
