• Leguminosennetzwerk: Netzwerken für mehr heimisches Eiweiß

  Willkommen beim LeguNet-Podcast, dem Podcast über Soja, Erbse, Ackerbohne, Lupine & Co. Das Leguminosennetzwerk kümmert sich darum, dass wieder mehr Hülsenfrüchte (Körnerleguminosen) in Deutschland angebaut und auf dem Teller und im Trog landen. Denn die eiweißreichen Hülsenfrüchte sind für Tiere, Menschen und sogar für den Boden überaus gesund. In der aktuellen Folge des LeguNet-Podcast geht es um die Vernetzung und Förderung des Eiweißpflanzenanbaus auf Bundes- und Landesebene, exemplarisch dargestellt an der Hessischen Eiweißpflanzeninitiative. Im Gespräch mit Dr. Brigitte Köhler vom Landesbetrieb Landwirtschaft Hessen wird deutlich, wie diese Initiative seit 2013 durch Maßnahmen wie Beratung, Bildung und Demonstrationsprojekte den Anbau heimischer Eiweißpflanzen – wie Ackerbohnen, Erbsen und Soja – vorantreibt, um die Importabhängigkeit zu verringern und ökologische Vorteile zu nutzen.
