My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation as many times as you like.

This week, we move from the first quarter moon in Taurus into the Leo full moon - a beautiful invitation to lay deep, steady roots, and at the same time allow ourselves to rise, open, and shine. We also move through Imbolc at the end of the week, the cross-quarter festival that marks the first gentle shift from winter towards spring. A time when the seeds of life begin to stir beneath the soil… and within us. It’s a moment for quiet preparation, for listening inwardly, and for sensing what is ready to emerge.
So in today’s meditation, we’ll be rooting deeply into the Earth for support and stability, while also lifting into the heart - allowing your inner light to rise, expand, and gently shine as you prepare for the season ahead.. ❤️

This week continues the awakening, but now invites us into the embodiment of what’s been stirring. The first quarter moon in Taurus asks us to move into the week grounded and purposeful, laying deep roots for the future. At the same time, Neptune moves into Aries, beginning a powerful new era that calls us to walk the walk, reclaim our power, and begin to build and live our dreams. As Mars meets Pluto (PSA!), we may feel heightened emotion or frustration, showing us where we’ve given our power away and where we’re being asked to take courageous action. We end the week with the Leo full moon and the cross-quarter festival of Imbolc, a beautiful liminal threshold where the seeds of our soul begin to gently stir. ✨ ❤️
